When the snow finially melted down, the whole north shore starts to warm up toward the spring. In the past week of time, most of days were in a blended mist with sunshine, so make it a unique a moist sunny day. We decide we can not stay at home in such an amazing weather, so again, ambelside sea walk.

Hailan had a great time walking outdoor as usual, she giggled all the way along the seaside, curiously into everything, even though the moist air make it a little more chili, but she loves it.

Looking at those clear lumps of white air waving slowly around us, I guess we are in the cloud..

The most amazing thing about Patagonia is its enviormental ethics - all the apparents is made of organic cotton and recyclable. Annually 1% of sales goes to the funds it created as a founder for  - "1% for the planet" 

We are luck to carry all their infant and toddler's collection, yes price is remarkably high. When people buy it, they buy their value.

 

 

 

The first day after Christmas Day is called "Boxing day", the day for unwrapping boxes of gifts received from Chrismas. But now, "Boxing day" means crazy shopping day, because all the retail stores go up to 50-70% sale, a good time to clear year-end inventory therefore a great time for shopping. 

 

We will not do the crazy thing like waiting in the line from 4am in front of the store just for a limited number of $50 TV set, but I do want on this boxing day a brand new Nikon D60 camera, which I've been longing for since last year. The good news is, yes it's of course on sale today, with $250 off the regular price. The bad news is, when we arrived at the "futher shop" at 2pm today, they've all been sold out. Luckily we still got the ringcheck - a piece of paper marking the price of the goods which you can buy when it's in stock at the on-sale price.

 

In particular, the snow is still on and on, most of the streets are blocked, no vehicles can get through. When our car crawling back home from Park Royal mall with all the cars lined up in a extremely careful and slow speed ahead and behind us, I start to hope the snow can take a cease. Oh, besides, I have to reschedule our party, simply because no way to park in front of our house.
